Foil templates

Now that the deck on "Deliverance" is solid again, I plan to fair the foils and put a racing bottom on the boat.

Are there templates available? Or, perhaps better yet - are the SC27 keel & rudder standard NACA foil sections?  Another thought... is it worth removing the keel to check the bolts?

I've never heard even a rumor about the existence of keel and rudder templates or numbers for such for the sc27. But if you find some I'm sure we would all like to hear about it.

As for dropping the keel to check the bolts, I've never heard of anyone doing that with one of these boats, either. I did re-torque the bolts on my boat when I first got it and some of the bolts did tighten just a bit during the process. I suppose before I dropped the whole keel I would probably remove a nut or two (one at a time, of course) and see how things looked in there. Let us know what you find.
