First, if you let me know whether you'll be coming this week, I'll be able to buy pizza accordingly.
Second, a head's up about this week's meeting. I think I'll be presenting on either OS 3.0 stuff (because we're all under NDA, right? RIGHT?) and/or some options for testing your iPhone apps.
If you have something you'd like to share, please bring it.
If your iPhone or Touch 2G is running 3.0, I'd be happy to let you play with a new app I've been working on.
See you there!

Location-aware, interactive city guide for Las Vegas that ties into
our Rails based Web app (RateVegas.com). Released August of last year,
v1.x uses SQL/FMDB for persistence. I'm in the process of completely
re-writing it to be an iPhone 3.0+ app w/ Core Data.
Buoy and tidal information for surfers and ocean enthusiasts. Released
March 2009. This uses SQLite Persistent Objects as its data layer.
* CineSlots (not approved yet)
Contract app for the CineVegas Film Festival. CineVegas is like the
SBIFF. It's a slot machine-looking 'game' that includes the content
from 11 seasons of their film festival. Worked with a talented graphic
designer on this one and it looks pretty slick. Also got my hands
dirty with some lower level CoreAnimation stuff, which was new for me.
Hopefully this didn't sound too much like a commercial.

Great work Hunter. And in my opinion, I think this list is a totally
appropriate venue to announce our exciting new products and services
so that we can learn from each other and share in the excitement.
