Hello,

This morning we discovered that someone had accessed our Santa Barbara
County Red Flag zone groups and changed settings which allowed members and
non-members alike to send unauthorized messages to the groups. We have
corrected the settings, and we are investigating how this could have
happened. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may
have caused.
