Some parts are flooded in the middle but if you ride the beginning then go to the end and ride there,
there is plenty of trails that are dry

I didn't attempt the first section. I went in at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Quite a few muddy patches, but definitely rideable. Go before the rain this
weekend.
