i've programmically added products, replaced pictures programmically, etc... product thumbnails in admin not thumbnails

In my product admin, i've got a particular product that i've replaced
the picture of... this picture now shows up as the full-sized version,
and will not show the thumbnail of the product...

i have a second picture that i added with the admin, and this picture
is shown thumbnailed..

i have no idea where to start on troubleshooting this,

any suggestions?

What version of Satchmo and sorl-thumbnail are you using?

 

You could try turning on the Sorl thumbnail debug setting so you can see what happens.
