Multi Srore Setup??

I was going to use magento as I need multi store setup. Its for a a
florist that wants SEO for cities, for searches like Vancouver
florist, etc...

I may have to use; but actually hate magento as its a pig and tough to
work with.

I just discovered Satchmo that looks like with some tweaks could be
quite perfect EXCEPT i need multi store with single checkout. I
noticed in Blogs a couple of users were saying they thought this was
possible using middleware (whatever that is) anyway could you provide
me with a multistore setup with one db to pull images from and a
single checkout??

i s there anyone that would offer to create this and at what cost??
