Are there any good recommendations for Panaderias Mexicanas that have superb Pan Dulces para mi 90 lb. gordita?
We like the ones made by Mi Tierra (this does NOT apply to their gringo oriented restaurant, only the bakery). However, parking there is often difficult or impossible, especially when there are special events going on in San Antonio.
Some others that we have tried have been of varying quality. There must be others which bake to a high standard.

Jerry,

-- Jerry
For the benefit of members of sat.food who are not conversant in Spanish, Jerry and I have been having a discussion regarding the effects of visiting an excellent Mexican bakery that he has recommended.
My good friend "Cowboy Brooks" (of Cowboy Brooks' Musings fame) was kind enough to lend me space on his server, so that I may illustrate the point that I am seeking to make.
