Error after upgrade to OS X Lion

I getting the very same error after the upgrade:
/Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/sass-3.2.0.alpha.11/vendor/fssm/lib/fssm/
backends/fsevents.rb:27: [BUG] Segmentation fault
ruby 1.8.7 (2010-01-10 patchlevel 249) [universal-darwin11.0]
Abort trap: 6
Anybody has an idea how to fix this problem?

Ran into this as well. I just uninstalled the sass gem and then reinstalled it. Worked fine afterwards.
