Canara bank or PNb PO

Hi ,I m having a problem in filling for the P.O vacancy in various banks.My total score is 138 in IBPS and i belong to SC category.I m also having less than 55% in graduation but i have done post gratuation with 55.60.I m very confused whether i can fill the P.O vacancy in Punjab National Bank or Canara bank as they require 60% in graduation and 5 %  relaxation for SC candidates.Pls tell me whether i can fill those vacancy or not.I will b very thankful to you
