New Documentation Plug-in

A new plug-in has been uploaded to the repository. This plug-in will
handle the documentation objects in SE61, such as the Dialog Texts(id
= DT). This plug-in has the same issue with the F4 help on the export
tab in SAPlink. I understand that Eddy is working to implement a
redefinable method to the core, so that any plug-in will be able to do
its own F4 help. Once this framework is in place, I will add the F4
for this plug-in as well as the "Table Contents" plug-in.
