New plug-in

Hi,

I have created a new plugin for handling IDOC types. It should work
with segment definitions, data types and domains as well so when these
are not available in target system they can be created befor an IDOC
definition itself.
When segment use standard data types and domains ( not in customer
name space Y*, Z*) they can be created as Z* equivalents after user
confirmation.

I will appreciate any feedback.
