Santa Fe JIN News for AUGUST 2009:

NEXT MEETING: FRIDAY AUGUST 14, 6PM
POT LUCK PICNIC AND POOL PARTY

Meet at the Eldorado Community Center on 1 Hacienda Loop in “the
Living Room” for the picnic which will be held outdoors on the patio
or indoors depending on the weather. There is a huge playground for
kids---so bring all the young ones!
At 8pm we have the Eldorado Pool reserved for our group only. Swimming
lasts till 9pm. So bring your swimsuit, towel, a food dish to share
and enjoy this August meeting.

Other news:
Our Annual July 12 Picnic was a great success.

We have a table at the very first anime convention in Albuquerque this
weekend selling T-shirts and posters. Sales are slow, but the
convention is new and may grow into something in years to come.

We will be participating in the Albuquerque JACL Matsuri in September.
More news to come.
