I put out a request and had not told the date, with exception to those that spoke up. I had high hopes and a narrow turn around to make Freelance Camp happen this summer. After reassessing the responses, the amount of time I have available at the moment, and the amount of work that was required to make this happen, I had to make a hard decision to pass on making this happen this summer before my Bambino was born. And still make sure I was covering my workload and home responsibilities.

That said, I have some great information, a greater understand what it will take to make it happen next time and a better idea of what it will take to structure the conference the next time. I was excited to be able to try and make this happen, but with under a month and half to go, and just barely beginning to get traction, I realized it was a bit to close to maneuver for a win at this point.

I greatly appreciate those that stepped forward and perhaps next year or sometime later after my little boy is born I will pick this up again.

With warmest regards,
