Read 800K Mac Floppy?

Does anyone around have a Mac old enough to read an 800K floppy? And
write it to something semi-modern like a USB drive or CD-R?

Old PCs generally can't read HFS-formatted disks, which is what Mac disks are formatted as.

Worse - the Mac used a different MFM chipset and encoding technique. There is no way to read these without an 800k 3.5" mac drive.
AFAICT you cannot use a PC USB floppy to access the data. The 800k are REALLY vintage -- essentially they are the the original Mac disk format, double sided to get the 800K.
