Need 2 paid hours of experienced iphone developer's time

Hi,

The founder of the startup I'm working with is in the process of building a mobile video app for the iphone.  He would like to pay for 2 hours of an experienced iphone developers time -- as soon as possible.  

Do you have recommendations? Suggestions?  Need to have some idea of the extent of their or your experience please :)
