Need a VMware consultant

Greetings again after a few years. I need someone who understands the current VMware offerings to spend an hour explaining what it all means to someone who wants to run a single-box ESXi system with a dozen VMs for testing. I'm quite familiar with VMware Workstation, and am amazed at how badly organized VMware's site is for people who want to do small ESXi installations.
