reasoning would be useful in the long term. Particularly when someone
else comes along and questions/dislikes a mapping. Anyway, if you don't

On second thoughts, I decided it makes sense to publish a spec. They are now online here:
a] The transliteration table is available in this online spreadsheet. (Stuff in bolded cells have not yet been added to m17n maps.)
