Hello can you guyz help me with a link that I can use to upgrade my 1.6 openMRS instance to 1.9. I have configured openMRS to run SANA.

You can use OpenMRS 1.9 but you will need to upgrade your mds code and the Sana OpenMRS module. Updates are available here:

http://code.google.com/p/sana/downloads/list

Instructions for the upgrade are available in the mds archive.
