1. Designing and implementing for Web Application layer – Java, JSP,
Ajax, Spring/struts framework.****
2. Browser agnostic Design and implementation of presentation layer -
HTML, XHTML JavaScript, CSS and Object oriented JavaScript.****
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.****

1. Develop and design the presentation with XML technologies (XML,
XSL, XPATH).****
2. Experience in version control system (Clearcase, GIT).****
3. Experience with Application servers (IBM WebSphere, Tomcat,
WebLogic etc).****
4. Experience with installation/administration/configuration of IBM
Websphere Application Server****
5. Experience with IDEs (WSAD, Eclipse, etc).****
6. Understanding of web protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, Cookies, browsers,
etc.****
7. Experience with Oracle, including use of PL/SQL stored procedures
is desired.****
8. Experience in working with infrastructure/IT services team in
resolving issue - added advantage****
9. Developing with Java build and infrastructure environments – ANT,
Maven****
