I would request the learned members to offer the meaning of the following verse out of those quoted:
ब्राह्मणोह्येकपर्श्वेन नरान् रोद्धुमिहार्हति /
न तु मूर्धाभिषिक्तानां विधि: प्रत्युपवेशने //
This is what Rama tells Bharatha.
