Facing Issue while using Sammy with MVC in Single Page Application

Using Sammy with MVC in project.

I am having page which contains two partial page . Initially everything goes fine, till user refresh page.

When user refreshed page, the page which I requested is getting perfectly, issue facing , two partial view on that page are not getting.
