Hi,

Today, Myself and Shailesh Sonone met at Samruddhi site and discussed about society formation.We need to come together to discuss further on this. So we decided to meet on Sunday, 12th July at 5 PM. I will communicate venue based on the no of people attending the meeting. 

So, request to all Samruddhi plot owners to attend this meeting. At least Pune people must attend it.

Thanks Santosh for taking the initiative. I have tried it in the past with not much success. Unfortunately I am traveling from Saturday and may not be able to join. 

Without much interest from most owners, I have started doing development on my own plot, fencing it and now building a farm house on it.

Sairung has done many "not fair" deals. For example, part of my plot that was in the layout set aside for road, is now sold to someone else.

We need broader interest from many owners to join in if we wish to do anything meaningful. 

Eager to see how many more come forward. Please count me in any next steps.

Myself and Mr. Santosh have discussion on plotting 4 the Sairang Samruddhi.

We have a great news one construction is already started on plot.

We wish all of us can be there. For the matter of Safety & Security  and for all other development we can come together. 

Mr. Santosh having experience to form society. He can find out other plot holders. He is having team, provides services for the same.

Request to all plot holder come forward to take initiative.

Hi,

Few people have confirmed to attend meeting. However we need more people. Pl. confirm your attendance ASAP.

Society formation will help in many ways. Primarily, it will help to protect your investment. Society will have legal standing to fight if any issues arises. If more people joins the society, it automatically increases society strength.  

We can discuss these benefits in the meeting. Also, we will discuss the steps involved in society formation.
