[GSoC] Automatic Test Framework Update

Hi all,

One of the goals of my project is running the Selenium tests across multiple templates.
Michael wants me to run the tests on the following templates -

• default
• IFRC
• SandyRelief
• DRRPP
• DRMP
• CRMT

To accomplish this, I have made a basic design, which I plan to move on to the wiki once done.
