Hi gang,
The kickstarter campaign for my new game Island Siege has launched! A lot of the SAGN group has helped me playtest the game over the years and I wanted to thank everyone who helped out. The most motivating words a designer can hear are "Let's play that again!" and I have heard that the most with this game compared to any of my others. Here's the description of the game:
Island Siege is a two player game (up to four with two sets) of fort-building and colonization in the Caribbean Sea that lasts roughly 30 minutes. Players build shoreside forts to defend their colonists from attack and to score points. Forts allow you to put colonists in play, which in turn can safely build ships and buildings which provide abilities and points. Attacking allows you to chip away at your opponent's fort while gaining cubes which are used to build forts of your own. Your goal is to score 20 coins or get all of your colonists in play!
Please help me spread the word, rate or comment on the game on BGG, and/or support the game on kickstarter!
Oh, I will bring Island Siege with me to game night this Tuesday for anyone interested in trying it out.
Thanks!
~ Dan
