Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS x86_64 (FSF GCC 4.7.0):

ptestlong passed.


(As usual, R didn't build with '-O3'; it does with '-O2' as well as with
'-O3 -flto'.)

Built from scratch w/o problems on Mac OS X, both 10.6.8 (Dual Quad Xeon) and 10.7.4 (Quad-core Core i7); all tests ('ptestlong') passed on both platforms.
