Plea for a review for a modular forms patch

I would be extremely grateful if someone would take a few minutes of
their time to review trac #8716. This adds support for modular forms
for GammaH groups (groups intermediate between Gamma1(N) and Gamma0(N)
for some N); we already have code for modular symbols for these
groups, so it was just a case of rearranging a few things to expose
this functionality from the modular forms side.

I wrote this stuff ages ago, as the first step in a project with Jared
Weinstein to compute local components of cusp forms in Sage. So I have
loads more code waiting on this, which quite a few people seem to be
interested in, but the first patch in the series has been sat at
"needs review" on trac for 7 months now with no indication that
anyone's even looked at it! Please, someone review this, or all the
coding work Jared and I did will just rot away to nothing.
