0.10.6 releasing soon

Hi,

The new directory layout for Sage 6 will require a bump to the version
number of sagenb, so I'm planning to tag, release, and make an SPKG of
sagenb 0.10.6 soon.

I notice there are some pull requests which have been sitting around for
a while but which nobody has reviewed, though they seem like they are
ready for review. If someone could take a look in the next few days, I
could include them in 0.10.6, which would be nice.

This is ready now.  I don't see a Trac ticket for this release yet, but if you could cc: me on that then I can put http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/10637 as depending on it.

Thanks a lot for the final push on that PR! I think ppurka has already
done the necessary stuff with dependencies on trac (thanks, ppurka!).
Meanwhile, I've merged the PR. I'll wait a few more days before cutting
0.10.6, in case someone feels like reviewing any of the four PRs I
mentioned in my original email.

I released 0.10.6 . See http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/14330
for an SPKG. Thanks to ppurka and kcrisman for looking at some of the
pull requests!
