Sage 5.6, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Firefox 19 or Opera 12.4

After an update (see above) a click on %hide doesn't expand the cell for editing.

I know how to deal with it by editing the text version, but that's not the straightforward way to do it.

I had EXACTLY the same thing happen to me in Sage 5.6 yesterday *during a talk about Sage* (!) and thought I was going crazy. This is a bad regression, and I've opened https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/issues/135 for this.

There has been a couple of regressions in the notebook lately. I am
wondering if some specific commit is to blame for all of them.

I ran across this problem recently. It shows up between 5.3 and 5.4,
when the notebook went from 0.9.2 to 0.10.2. I could try to look for the
offending commit, but someone who's better with notebook development
would be faster. This is a really unpleasant problem and I hope we can
fix it soon.

This bug is still alive in sage 5.10

The issue is this:
https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/issues/135

If you know what caused it, feel free to submit a pull request! :)

Pull request submitted:
https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/181

One of my department lecturers made some noise about this issue and asked me to have a look.

It appears Jason missed binding the cell_focused function to the onfocus event for any %hide input cells.
