Bad programming is easy. Idiots can learn it in 21 days, even if they
are Dummies.

This is a quote from a book used for teaching Program Design.
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/matthias/HtDP2e/index.html (the whole
book is online)

Some Sage contributors might find it interesting, especially those who
believe that a key
advantage of some programming language is that even a dummy can learn
it quickly...

I came across it when looking at an interesting essay by Peter
Norvig, "Teach Yourself Programming in Ten Years".

Norvig is Director of Research at Google. He is a fan of Python
(although skilled in Lisp too).

You may read his essay at http://norvig.com/21-days.html

Best wishes for the Holidays.
