The problem is


/usr/bin/ld: warning can't open dynamic library: /Applications/sage-5.2/spkg/build/pari-2.5.1.p3/src/Odarwin-i386/libpari-gmp.dylib referenced from: /Applications/sage-5.2/local/lib/libcsage.dylib (checking for undefined symbols may be affected) (No such file or directory, errno = 2)


Can you post the pari build log (spkg/logs/pari-2.5.1.p3.log)?

(Might I recommend upgrading to 10.5 or 10.6 or 10.7? OS X 10.4.11
is quite old...)
