Could someone retest SYMPOW on Cygwin, to close #9166

which is merged in the latest alpha fixes the SYMPOW issues on Solaris x86 and
OpenSolaris x86.

It is 99% identical to the SYMPOW of mine that Mike tested before, but there are
a couple of minor changes. Assuming that patch above, builds and passes tests on
Cygwin, then #9166 can be closed as fixed, so one less things to worry about on
the Cygwin port.
