I have recently compiled sage-4.6.1 for opensuse 11.3 (see below for
details). I would be happy to upload the resulting binary
distribution, but have not been able to find either instructions on
how to do this or an admonition that such contributions are
unwelcome. Where should I look?

Details: I ran the following, with "make test" reporting no errors.
$ export SAGE_FAT_BINARY="yes"
$ make
$ make test
$ ./sage -docbuild all pdf
$ ./sage -bdist 4.6.1-fat

Open suse is certainly an important distribution. I did not experience
trust issues when I offered a Live CD and a binary for Puppy Linux.
What is the policy? It can be discouraging if a contribution is
offered in goodwill and rejected.
Could there be a testing procedere, or review process to qualify as
"certified and trusted sage binaries builder for distribution xxx"?
