SageTeX now on CTAN

The SageTex package, which started life as a humble subdirectory of
$SAGE_ROOT/examples, is now available on CTAN:

http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/sagetex

The version there is newer and better than the patch available from trac
#1766. If you'd like to include computations or plots from Sage into
your LaTeX documentation, grab the package from CTAN and try it.
