out in a timely fashion and unfortunately the 3.1.3 as well as the
3.1.4 release announcements didn't go out in time. We have changed the

This release was a bug fix release only that fixed a problem
introduced in 3.1.3
that caused start up failures of Sage in case the user had an
init.sage file.

* RHEL 5 clisp build issue: the latest clisp.spkg does not build
