重来一个线索吧

我有一个淘宝应用，需要和淘宝服务器建立一个 http 长连接，从那边读取实时的交易数据。

计划用 SAE 以前这个是正常的，但是现在代码基本写完了，不过这个 socket
的超时时间好像近几天被修改了，这样的话我这个应用就完全没用了，拿不到完整的交易数据不说，昨天仅仅任务队列的 pv 就有1w多。全部都是是 time
out。

所以啊，迫切希望可以修改一下这个超时的时间，不然我要吐血身亡了。

已经去除了socket.setdefaulttimeout和socket.settimeout的限制，目前默认的socket timeout还是10s。
