Hey Team,

Below is a current list of all the registered riders in the club as of Thursday Feb. 7th.

If your name isn't on the list and you'd like to be apart of the club please do the following:

1) Fill out the attached Release of Liability Form

2) Fill out the attached Emergency Card Form

3) Make a photocopy your Drivers License, Sac State One Card, and insurance card. 

    If you don't have insurance/insurance card print "I am self-insured", then sign and date the page.

4) Pay dues. For racing members dues are $100. For recreational members dues are $30. 

5) If you're a racing member: Visit http://www.usacycling.org/buy-a-license.htm to purchase a collegiate racing license for $30.

6) Turn in all completed forms and dues to me (Stewart).
