Good evening everyone,

This is a reminder that on February 1, a Tuesday, at 8:30 A.M. the Coalition for Accountable Government Ethics (CAGE) will go before a judge to oppose the City's effort to dismiss its lawsuit concerning the City Council's amendment (and elimination of the occupancy requirement) for the One Broadway Plaza Development Agreement.

I encourage anyone interested in this voter-rights issue to attend the hearing.

Hearing details are below,

Date: February 1, 2011 (Tuesday)
Where: Superior Court (Civic Center Drive and Flower)
When: 8:30 AM
Courtroom: C24

If the City is unable to convince the judge to dismiss the lawsuit, a trial date will likely be set.

Thank you,

Jeff Dickman
