of our activities are not covered there !

I would be Happy to do that,cos actually am almost present over the
net most of the time,You can make me one of the moderators,I can keep

i agree with chandu bcos in most of the organizations orkut is blocked.

 

gmail would be appropriate option ... some of the critical stuff like invitations can be communicated through mail discussions can be

 

moved to orkut....... Its my opinion ... better to go for a poll

Hi Chandru, Ram and all.

 

The idea is not to move all the activities to Orkut. Rather it is to keep the Orkut community also active with the current affairs of our trekking club.

 

1) We would intimate members about the completed treks

2) links to photo albums

3) Letting members know about the next trek

4) Intimation to register for the next trek in our Spreadsheet.

etc.. etc...

So that ppl who have joined the orkut community and have forgot to register in the website and google groups will do that soon and join us in the future treks.

 

You will always be intimated about the current stats in the gmail and google discussions as well.
