Sorry for the spam but I have heard that my company, Pearson School Systems in Rancho Cordova, is looking to hire a recent college graduate with some Java knowledge for a starting position. Its a great opportunity to get some experience at a great company, and I believe the pay is pretty good too. I got started coding through a position like this, so yes, they do promote you up.
