updated LDAP backend

I published allready this LDAP backend for contacts... here my latest version
with bugfixes and photo support.
It is tested it with "CardDAV sync" (Android) and KDE Kontact (categories only
with an external workaournd, please let me know if you are interested)
The LDAP server is a simply openLDAP setup described in the Roundcube Wiki:

As soon as I get around making a 'contrib' or '3rd party plugins' section, this will be the first to add.
At the very least I'll be able to point people here if they need LDAP integration.
