We’re Flow Interactive. We’re looking for people to come join us on a
special mission.  We have a client that needs a lot of design for for
mobile devices. And we need you to work on site with them, along side their
development team, to create some amazing mobile user experiences.  

What we need from you:

§  *Ideas.*  Do you know how to have them – even the ones that sound
preposterous at first? Can you look after them, help them grow and change?
And finally let go of the ones that turn out to be wrong?

§  *Thinking things through. *Can you work through complex user journeys?
Wrangle piles of information into a sensible order? Work out what happens
over *there* if you change this little bit over *here*?**

§  *Communication.*  Can you persuade people to tell you things and show
you things about what they do and what they need? And communicate what
you’ve come up with in a way that your clients and colleagues can easily
buy into?

§  *Design.* And can you put it all back into an interface design that
people can understand first time and enjoy using every day? And that makes
them say “wow”! That’s as simple as possible and no simpler? Using the
right tools for the job?
