Going offline and caching

Hi guys,

Quick question about caching: does it persist if I lose my network
connection? What happens when I reconnect?

Hi-

the cache contents are not lost across network reconnect

however, neither will s3fs work with loss of network, i.e., there is
no "offline" mode in s3fs

Understood - so the drive is dismounted when the network disconnects?
