The Skill Level element can be used to help differentiate between
content by audience. Using a tool such as UltraCSDB, you can define
the Skill level attributes in the BREX lists, for example with spec.
2.2:
sk01 -> Basic
sk02 -> Intermediate
sk03 -> Advanced
UltraCSDB would also allow you to set the skill level when creating a
new DM and would also read the skill level from the each data module
when importing a DDN or set of data modules.
