I'm playing with pcb (the open source pcb design tool) to come up with a test board to make this weekend. 

I've also ordered an uber-basic silkscreen kit. just a screen, some opaque paint, emulsion, and a screen.

Either Saturday or Sunday will be dedicated to working out the basics. I have 4 6"x6" boards to play with right now. If anyone wants to pick up some pcb stock, feel free to come by!

Nothing official, just hacking and poking around with the available tools.
