The Runs: Plan to be at the START line at LEAST 30 minutes prior to your run

    10km run - Dec 5th Starts at 730am at Club Florence

    5km run   - Dec 5th Starts at 9am at Club Florence

    All finishers get a medal and a certificate with their timing - everyone is a winner

    Award ceremony for 1st 5 finishers of the 5k and 10k runs - 10am

    training too. That would keep the whole body in a very good shape to run.
