Hello RFL'ers

Just watched this episode in HDTV. This TV show is indeed a tremendous
encouragement to novice runners like me - it's a must watch. If
you're unable to see it due to internet bandwidth constraints, feel
free to email me *off* *this* *list* if you're interested in a CD
copy, with your mailing address.. Obviously, it wont cost you
anything.

It's a must watch for first time marathoners, even more so for those
who dream of BQ'ing in the near future.
