Dear fellow runners / fitness enthusiasts,

I will be running a half marathon distance (21 km / 13 miles) or more, every day of October 2007.

It's not at all about a half marathon. The objective of this exercise is to encourage inactive people, of all age groups, from all walks of life, to be more active. I would ask them, people who want to pick up running, to tell me where to come, so that they don't have any excuses for not running on weekdays. It'll be completely fine with me to run with them whatever distance and speed these people fancy.

Likely running mates: anyone & evenryone

Venues: schools, corporates, residential areas

Please check my link... http://web.mac.com/drrajatchauhan/iWeb/Site%202/Run%20October%20Run/Run%20October%20Run.html
and http://web.mac.com/drrajatchauhan/iWeb/Site%202/Running.html
for my blog.

You can see my October running Calendar on the site. Feel free to email me if you have a venue in mind and want to run or your loved one to walk, jog or run.

I do need all your help in making this initiative a success. So far, its me on my own.

Cheers,

Rajat

Hey Shobana,

Thanks. Any distance is good, and same goes for the speed.
Will look out for you after the 8th, expect a call from me if you don't show up on 9th :)

Try and get the couch potatoes you know of.

Take care,

Rajat
