You are asking the wrong person. There was a bit of a group started LY to administer HS rugby within the South but it has been silent of recent (or I may just not be aware of any conversation). I am copying those involved.

At the end of the evening, I spoke with the Jupiter coach, Coach Simon, about the South Championships in May at MTSU. He said his girls might not be invited b/c they don't have a league in Florida like Georgia has the GHSRA and for that reason, Florida doesn't really have a state champion.

Can they still attend the South Championships? I personally hope they can b/c they are a great team. They beat my girls and we are the GHSRA State Champs from the past 2 years. It wouldn't seem right if my girls got to go and they had to stay home.

What are your thoughts?

We (Highlanders Rugby Chapel Hill) will be representing North Carolina as the club side in the South Championship. Does anyone know who is hosting the Event and if any details have been finalized. We want to get transport and hotels sorted out.

I have heard the South Championships are at MTSU in Murfreesboro Tennessee. But I don't know who is running it.
