Yes, there's still some auditions left this season! If you're
interested in trying out for the Fall '06 Directors' Showcase,
auditions will be on Wednesday and Thursday (11/1, 11/2) starting at
7:30 PM. No preparation required... it's an excellent way to start out
at Cabaret, so bring a friend or three. The show is on December 13th
and 14th.

ALSO: we're on the hunt for bands... this Saturday, November 4th, we're
looking to hold a Battle of the Bands in the space. If you or your
friends are in/know a band who wants to get some free publicity and
show how much more they rock than everyone else, please let us know
immediately! You only need a few songs to play... and you can bring all
the groupies you want. But it's coming up soon, so hurry!

And lastly, artists and friends of artists: we're looking to decorate
the foyer with some original art. If you have pieces you want to
contribute, we prefer (but are not limited to) art in the spirit of our
upcoming Rocky Horror Show, so spooky, creepy, sleazy, glam, gothy, are
all good ideas. You can either exhibit your work for a couple weeks, or
if you want to make some money, we may be able to sell to some of our
patrons.
