Smeagol comes to Rubyworks

Big thanks to Ben Johnson, the originating author of Smeagol, a customizable read-only Gollum wiki server.

I was working on a similar project (and used the same exact name actually) when I discovered Ben's project. I dropped work on my own and began making feature requests and then contributions. Apparently Ben hadn't the time to really devote to it so he made my fork the master repo and now it's an official project of the Rubyworks collection. Major w00t! Smeagol is a great project that should prove useful to lots of developers, especially those using GitHub.

I've been busy preparing the next release, v0.6.0, and its not far off. For previous users there will be some changes to handle. For instance `page.mustache` is no longer kept in the root directory. Instead it needs to be located at `_layouts/page.mustache`. Likewise the `settings.yml` file has been renamed to `_settings.yml`. There are a few other changes besides. Be sure to check out the latest docs to learn more about them.

I consider 0.6.x a beta series. It works but there are still rough edges to be ironed out. I encourage everyone, old and new users alike, to write up issue tickets and make pull requests to move the project to an ultimately solid 0.7.0 release.
